Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client communications and inquiries.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs and objectives.
  • Regularly meet with clients to discuss performance, feedback, and new opportunities.

Sales & Growth

  • Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve account growth targets.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and renewal contracts.

Account Planning & Strategy

  • Develop strategic account plans that align with client goals and company objectives.
  • Analyze account performance data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
  • Contribute insights to improve products, services, and client experience.

Qualifications:

  • Amenable to work 4x in the office, 1 WFH per week
  • Graduate of Business Management and its related field
  • With experience handling different merchants/enterprise clients - Real estate clients is a plus.
  • Worked in a Fintech company or any payments is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php45,000.00 per month
