Duties and responsibilities

  • Oversees and checks the work of his/her subordinates

  • Drafting, reviewing, preparing, and processing legal documents

  • Filing of legal documents necessary in government institutions.

  • Assists in preparing approvals, licenses, and permits for the group of companies

  • Ensures timeliness and meets project deadlines.

  • Meeting and reporting with lawyers and legal counsel

  • Other tasks may be assigned

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Legal Management, Political Science, or any related courses

  • At least 4 years of experience in a legal firm, or related experience

  • Strong knowledge of legal principles and practices.

  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and other tools

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

  • Ability to supervise subordinates

  • Good communication skills
