Position Title: PROCESS SUPPORT SUPERVISOR

Job Description:

Manage, lead and organize all activities related to the performance & improvement of appropriate assets and systems to achieve the required output to support factory operational requirements.

Accountabilities:


• Ensure compliance to all PMI and legal standards, policies and guidelines related to Environment, Health, Safety, Sustainability to prevent personnel, asset or societal loss.


• Act and promote an interdependent and transparent safety culture fostering the utilization of preventive/predictive approach in line with Open+/IOS.


• Ensure compliance to all PMI and Legal standards and guidelines related to the Quality of incoming materials, SFGs and FGs in line with the QMS.


• Proactively leads, in cooperation with QA reps and relevant stakeholders, the quality program to prevent quality incidents, reduction and elimination of non-conformities in the process and product integrity.


• Ensure most efficient equipment and spare parts utilization based on their risk profile, minimising downtimes and optimal personnel utilization.


• Plan special production processes, such as new product launch-related marketing projects. Support Industrialization for kit/ machine installation, start-up, training and handover to production of the new Manufacturing equipment.


• Follow-up technical business unit budget in line with strategy and functional zero loss journey, ensuring tracking and compliance to committed OB numbers. Ensure focus on delivering productivity targets by eliminating losses in maintenance, asset management and investment.


• Perform regular coaching to develop capabilities of the team on the daily management systems according to the IMS and to support in the personnel skill/technical development of each team member in order to build ownership and team autonomy.
