Job Description:

We are seeking an organized and proactive Leasing Supervisor to manage the day-to-day leasing operations for our nationwide network of branches. This role will focus on ensuring timely lease renewals, cost-effective negotiations, and maintaining strong relationships with lessors while supporting a team to ensure efficient property management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the leasing operations for Motortrade's nationwide branches.

  • Assist in lease renewal processes by reviewing current terms and negotiating favorable terms with landlords.

  • Recommend new site locations in line with expansion strategies and business needs.

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with property owners, landlords, and real estate agents.

  • Conduct market studies to evaluate lease rates and assess property competitiveness.

  • Track and manage critical lease dates, including contract expirations, escalations, and renewal deadlines.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (Legal, Finance, Operations) to ensure compliance with lease terms and company policies.

  • Ensure all lease documentation is accurate, complete, and legally compliant.

  • Provide regular updates to management on leasing status, costs, and space utilization.

  • Suggest cost-saving strategies through renegotiations or relocations.

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all leased properties.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Economics, or a related field.

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in corporate leasing or real estate management, preferably on the lessee/tenant side.

  • Proven experience in lease renewals, contract negotiations, and managing relationships with lessors.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple lease contracts, deadlines, and priorities.

  • Knowledge of leasing laws and best practices in the Philippines.
