Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Legal Management

Minimum of 4-year work experience as a lawyer/ or related works is required for this position.

Professional legal knowledge with a strong ability to research and analyze dispute/litigation.

Experienced legal careers: Corporate counsel / law firm lawyers are preferred.

Candidates with good experience in contracts reviewing.

Excellent handling of company-related Doles, civil disputes, criminal cases, etc.

Excellent handling in drafting commercial documents, motions, position papers.

Good at evaluating the background of dispute/ litigation/proof then give legal advice/legal opinions.

Proficient typing skills and skilled in basic MS Office program

High teamwork ability, cohesion and execution ability.

Will review contracts, business documents, and other legal documents of the company.

Rich experience in contract review (business contracts and subcontract procurement contracts are preferred), andthe ability to draft legal letters is up to standard (basic notice, lawyer's letter, demand letter, MOM, MOU, etc. canbe completed independently);

Oversee the drafting of legal demand letters as requested by stakeholders and ensure that it is aligned with thecontractual provisions as well as the prevailing laws in the Philippines.

Law firm work experience/court experience is preferred; Able to manage and give guidance to subordinateemployees of the team (1-2 people);

Litigation experience: be able to independently dock and deal with case disputes, litigation experience is preferred(civil, criminal);

Qualification: basic company qualification management ability (e.g., SEC\GIS application renewal\director change, pcab renewal, etc.) Maintain a tracker of progress reflecting the legal issues encountered describing in particular the background and

Communicate with external law firms, assisting and dealing with complex cases.

Ability to multi-task with exceptional organizational skills.

High level of written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

Ability to handle cases independently on behalf of the company.

Cooperative and willing to work as a team/Ability to perform tasks simultaneously.
