Job Description:

Elite Tee Box, a premier indoor golf and leisure venue, is looking for a reliable and skilled Cook to join our kitchen team. The Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking quality food items according to our menu, maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen, and ensuring excellent food service for our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook dishes according to the set menu and company standards
  • Ensure food is cooked and presented properly, maintaining quality and consistency
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations at all times
  • Follow proper food handling, safety, and sanitation procedures
  • Assist in managing kitchen inventory and reporting supply needs
  • Support the Chef and other kitchen staff during busy hours
  • Ensure timely preparation of food orders
  • Minimize food waste and follow portion control guidelines

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Cook or Kitchen Staff (experience in casual dining or bar setting preferred)
  • Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen safety practices
  • Knowledge of Korean dishes is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to learn and follow instructions
  • High school graduate or equivalent; culinary background is a plus

Schedule:

  • Full-time
  • Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
