Your Role & Responsibility

  • Create and test Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) to refine targeting strategies.
  • Create target lists from defined sources and conduct research to discover new sales opportunities.
  • Generate new business by identifying and qualifying leads through outbound phone and email outreach.
  • Drive outbound sales development and actively pursue new leads across ASEAN markets.
  • Conduct product/service demonstrations and presentations to prospects and clients.
  • Nurture leads through the sales funnel, ensuring continuous engagement and movement toward conversion.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to execute campaigns and re-engage cold leads.
  • Close deals independently and consistently meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.
  • Stay current with industry trends, regional market shifts, and sales best practices.
  • Continuously improve sales skills through training and professional development.
  • Build and maintain a robust internal customer database based on defined prospecting criteria.

Performance Expectations

  • Develop a minimum of 20 sales-qualified leads (SQLs) within the first 3 months
  • Close at least 10 deals that have been sourced and developed by the candidate within the first 6 months
  • This role is aligned to a Senior Account Executive (AE), with a target of $75K–$100K USD in new ARR annually (ASEAN, ACVs $1K–$5K). Strong performers may expand to ANZ, with ARR targets of $150K–$200K USD.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in IT services or B2B solution sales, ideally in early-stage startup environments.
  • Hunter-type salesperson—proactive, persistent, and highly motivated by targets and new business development.
  • Experience selling across ASEAN markets, with cultural and commercial understanding of the region.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with effective time management and multitasking skills.
  • Familiar with CRM software and modern sales processes.
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively working in a team.
  • Adaptable to fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills in international settings.
