HR Assistant

Description
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings and screening applications.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate scheduling with candidates.
- Support employee onboarding and orientation procedures.
- Maintain HR records and assist with employee documentation.
- Facilitate communication between employees and management.
- Assist with employee relations issues and offer support as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in HR or administrative support roles.
- Strong recruiting and talent acquisition skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Antipolo, Rizal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
