Packaging & Distribution Associate

Department: Operations – Packaging & Distribution

Reports To: Operations Manager / Logistics Manager

Location: Bk29 Emerald Hills, Victoria Homes, Tunasan, Muntinlupa City

Role Summary

The Packaging & Distribution Associate is responsible for preparing, packaging, labeling, storing, and distributing company products in line with quality, safety, and efficiency standards. This role ensures product integrity from post-harvest to delivery, maintaining strict compliance with food safety, cold chain management, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Packaging Duties

  • Prepare and package products according to company quality and food safety standards.
  • Inspect products for quality, defects, or contamination prior to packaging.
  • Operate packaging equipment and maintain a clean and sanitized work area.
  • Apply accurate labeling, barcoding, and expiration dates.
  • Maintain cold chain integrity when transferring products to storage.
  • Record daily packaged quantities, defects, and wastage.
  • Manage packaging materials (boxes, labels, plastics) and monitor usage levels.
  • Follow strict hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety policies.

Distribution & Logistics Duties

  • Prepare customer orders and ensure timely, accurate dispatch.
  • Handle loading/unloading of products into vehicles while maintaining product safety.
  • Monitor storage facilities and vehicles to ensure proper cold chain management.
  • Coordinate with drivers, warehouse staff, and sales team for smooth deliveries.
  • Maintain delivery records, shipment logs, and returned product reports.
  • Apply FIFO (First In, First Out) for stock rotation and assist in inventory control.
  • Support audits, inspections, and compliance requirements.
  • Report any delays, damages, or discrepancies during dispatch or delivery.

  • Physically fit, able to handle lifting and work in cold storage conditions.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (inventory or warehouse software an advantage).
  • Valid driver's license (if delivery duties include vehicle operation).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php14, Php20,000.00 per month
