Join our Team as a Sales Associate

  • Primary Responsibilities:
  • Conduct professional outbound calls to potential clients in the childcare, aged care, healthcare, and hospitality sectors (Australia-based).
  • Qualify leads and build rapport with key decision-makers.
  • Strategically manage your outreach pipeline and secure high-quality sales appointments for the Tassway management team.
  • Accurately log and update all interactions and data using our world-class CRM and sales technology. (You will be trained to master these systems)

What We're Looking For?

  • Neutral, professional English accent.
  • Proven experience in outbound calling, lead generation, telemarketing, or appointment setting is a plus, but we prioritize trainable talent and dedication.
  • A strong desire for long-term professional growth and advancement into leadership roles.
  • Comfortable with technology and eager to learn cutting-edge sales and distribution systems.
  • High level of reliability, professionalism, and a positive, collaborative attitude.
  • We prefer fresh graduates.
