About the role

We are seeking an experienced IP Telephony (Hybrid) professional to join our dynamic ARTECH TECHNOLOGY INC' team. This contract role is based in Metro Manila and will involve providing expert-level support and maintenance for our state-of-the-art voice and collaboration systems.

What you'll be doing

  1. Configuring, deploying, and troubleshooting on-premises and cloud-based IP telephony solutions
  2. Performing system administration tasks, including user account management, dial plan configuration, and reporting
  3. Providing technical support to end-users and resolving complex telephony-related issues
  4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IP telephony systems with other IT infrastructure
  5. Documenting processes and procedures to maintain knowledge base and support ongoing operations
  6. Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in IP telephony and unified communications

What we're looking for

  1. Extensive experience (5+ years) in the design, deployment, and maintenance of IP telephony solutions, preferably in a hybrid on-premises and cloud-based environment
  2. Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting leading IP telephony platforms, such as Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Avaya, or Skype for Business
  3. Strong understanding of voice and data networking technologies, including VoIP, QoS, and SIP
  4. Experience in project management and the ability to work independently to deliver technical solutions
  5. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to effectively collaborate with end-users and cross-functional teams
  6. Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNP, ACSE, or equivalent) preferred
