Summary

We are looking for an experienced Application Developer specializing in Enterprise IP Telephony. In this role, you will design, build, and configure applications that support critical telephony systems and business processes. You will collaborate with multiple teams, analyze user and operational requirements, and implement solutions that enhance performance, reliability, and user experience. You will also ensure that all applications and telephony solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with organizational objectives.


Roles & Responsibilities
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the IP Telephony domain.
  • Lead and collaborate with team members to ensure successful execution of tasks and projects.
  • Make informed decisions that guide team direction and project outcomes.
  • Work with cross-functional teams and contribute to key technical and operational decisions.
  • Provide high-level solutions to complex issues across teams involving telephony, applications, and integration.
  • Promote knowledge sharing and best practices within the team to elevate overall performance.
  • Monitor and track project progress, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining quality standards.
  • Participate actively in code reviews and provide constructive technical feedback.

Professional & Technical Skills
Required Skills
  • Expert proficiency in Enterprise IP Telephony.
  • Strong proficiency in Cisco Call Manager (CUCM).
  • Solid understanding of VoIP technologies, protocols, and call flows.
  • Experience troubleshooting and resolving telephony and voice-related issues.
  • Good grasp of network infrastructure and its impact on telephony systems.
  • Ability to design, configure, and implement telephony solutions that meet business requirements.
Preferred / Good-to-Have
  • Experience with Cisco Telephony and Cisco CUCM (highly preferred).
  • Exposure to enterprise-level telephony integrations and deployments.
