Job Overview

We are looking for a Full Stack Lead Developer to lead the development of our next-generation digital platforms. You'll oversee architecture, backend logic, and integrations while also building front-end components and guiding a small team of interns. This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical execution and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-stack development from design to deployment.
  • Oversee and implement backend logic, database architecture, and API integrations.
  • Build and refine front-end components using both code and no-code tools.
  • Mentor and review the work of junior developers and interns.
  • Integrate automation and AI workflows to enhance internal efficiency.
  • Improve and maintain company websites and internal tools.
  • Ensure scalability, security, and performance across systems.

Technology Stack

  • Frontend / No-Code MVP: integrated with automation tools (Make, Zapier).
  • Backend: Python or (GitHub-hosted) for logic, AI matching, and API integrations.
  • Database & Data Handling: Structured databases with Excel/CSV data import pipelines.
  • Cloud & Deployment: AWS, Google Cloud, or similar infrastructure.
  • Version Control: Git / GitHub for collaboration and CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience.
  • Proficiency in Python or (backend) and modern frontend tools/frameworks.
  • Experience with REST APIs, database design, and data automation.
  • Familiarity with no-code platforms (especially ) is a plus.
  • Understanding of AI integration and workflow automation.
  • Strong leadership, code review, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working independently and mentoring junior developers in a remote setup.
