POSITION SUMMARY

At Digital Disruptors, we're looking for a Junior Data Analyst who's curious, detail-oriented, and ready to turn data into clear, practical insights.

In this role, you'll work closely with our strategy and performance teams to monitor digital campaigns, analyze results, and identify ways to improve performance. You'll handle data from platforms like Meta and Google, clean and organize information, and create reports that help guide decisions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Ad Performance Analysis

  • Collect, organize, and analyze performance data from Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital platforms.
  • Monitor campaign KPIs to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Support the strategy team by providing data-driven insights that enhance ROI and engagement.
  • Analyze audience segments and retargeting performance to help refine targeting strategies and improve campaign efficiency.

SEO & Keyword Strategy

  • Conduct keyword research and assist with keyword mapping for better ad targeting.
  • Perform basic SEO audits to identify opportunities for improved visibility and performance.
  • Work with content and marketing teams to turn analytical insights into actionable changes.

Data Cleaning, Tracking & Visualization

  • Maintain accurate and well-organized datasets.
  • Build and update dashboards, reports, and visual summaries using Google Sheets or Excel.
  • Track key performance metrics and flag insights or anomalies for the team.

Collaboration & Learning

  • Work with cross-functional teams to align data findings with campaign goals.
  • Stay updated on ad platform developments, AI analytics tools, and performance marketing trends.
  • Take part in internal training sessions and company-supported learning to keep growing your skills.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • 1–2 years of experience in data analysis, digital marketing, or advertising analytics (internship or agency experience a plus).
  • Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Sheets/Excel.
  • Understanding of key campaign metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, etc.) and their business impact.
  • Interest in using AI-based tools for data visualization, automation, or predictive analysis.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate insights clearly and effectively.
