Human Resources Assistant

Responsible for assisting HR Team in day-to-day activities and Initiatives for C&B and Employee Relations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree relevant to the job (Human Resources, Legal Management, or Psychology)
  • Highly computer literate and knowledgeable in MS Office applications and
  • Has good communication and interpersonal skills, highly adaptable, results-oriented, keen attention to details, and discretion on confidential matters
  • Excellent time management skills with the proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Must be highly creative and results-oriented; pro-active and assertive
  • Fresh graduates with HR Internship Background are encouraged to apply.
  • Can start as soon as possible
  • Amenable to work onsite in FTI Taguig

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing HR Activities for Timekeeping, Payroll and Employee Relations
  • Coordinate with other departments to create sustainable positive employee relations
  • Ensures complete and proper documentation related to C&B and Employee Relations
  • Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
