Job Summary

The Cashier receives and assesses payment transactions from clients to generate pertinent census reports and reconcile cash transactions.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Handle customer transactions according to established procedures: scan items, collect and verify payment for both cash and credit card. Ensures all cash and credit card collections tally with Sales Report balances.
  • Verify if payment procedure is followed by verifying queuing number, patient data, schedule and availability of procedure.
  • Prepare payment vouchers, receipts, deposit slips, and related documents which record cash transactions.
  • Prepare daily consolidated sales summary.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business or any related field.
  • At least one (1) year work experience related to the job function from a reputable company.
  • With clinic/hospital setting experience is an advantage
  • Reliever for 3 months

Job Types: Fixed term, Temporary

Contract length: 6 months
