  • Operate the cash register and other point 0f sales (POS) systems.
  • Accurately handle cash, credit, debit, and mobile payments.
  • Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change to customers.
  • Greet and assist customers in a courteous and friendly manner.
  • Answer questions regarding products, prices, promotions and store policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues to the manager when necessary.
  • Inform customer about special promotions, store loyalty programs, or upcoming sales
  • Monitor and report any equipment malfunctions or register problems to the supervisor.
  • follow all store policies and procedures regarding cash handling and transaction processing.
  • Supplort store staff during peak times or special events an needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
