Income Audit Supervisor

Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines Hotel Lucky Chinatown, Inc. Full time ₱270,000 - ₱290,000 per year
  • Ensures that posting of charges in guest folios are in accordance with Hotel policies (PM recon)
  • Prepares daily credit card reconciliation, OPERA vs Folio vs Credit Card Slip
  • Conduct regular check of cash floats of Front Desk Clerks, F&B Cashiers and FO Cashiers and General Cashier
  • Reviews cash overage/short report of cash handlers
  • Cross checks information on receipts versus system daily transaction total report. (Audit Packet)
  • Prepares all necessary audit daily reports including the Daily Revenue Report
  • Prepares daily cash and deposit journal entries including (GCR LIM)
  • Checks validity, proper documentation and authorization of complimentary rooms or F&B, F&B credit meal and the like
  • Provides appropriate and correct information to other departments.
  • Reviews audit findings, evaluates action plans against agreed measurements, making necessary recommendation or changes/adjustment/rebate as appropriate
  • Prepare GC and maintain GC monitoring
  • Checks completeness of Lost and Found Items located at FO
  • Prepares on a timely basis monthend journal entries and reports
  • Prepares on a timely basis balance sheet reconciliation for income audit accounts
  • Compliance with policies and procedures on cash policies and income audit policies
  • Prepare written policies and procedures and memorandums to support necessary cash handling and income audit policies
  • Performs other tasks as necessary

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php23, Php25,000.00 per month
