  • Project courtesy, hospitality and professional behaviour across your department at all times with guests and fellow colleagues.
  • Maintain a complete understanding of the Employee Handbook and adhere to regulations contained therein.
  • Maintain a complete understanding of the Hotel's policy relating to fire, safety and health, and ensure all precautions are taken to safeguard against incidents for areas under your supervision.
  • Perform other assignments to meet business needs as directed by your superiors.

Control:

  • Establishment of timely flow of information to the Financial Controller in all aspects of Income Audit in the course of her/his work and which are inconsistent to the established policy and procedures of the hotel or in areas where staff discipline are lacking.
  • Ensuring that established internal control measurements are routinely carried out and to highlight discrepancies to the Financial Controller when necessitated.
  • All house funds assigned to outlet cashiers are kept intact and used only solely for transactions in the course of duties. Foreign currencies transactions at the Front Desk are in accordance with hotel policies.

Specific Task

  • Responsible for the efficient running and organization of the following :

  • Income Auditor Office

  • Front Desk Cashiering

  • Night Auditing

  • Outlet Cashiering

  • Ensure that all accounting records and statement comply with the standards set by hotel

  • Auditing of the daily revenue figures and supporting folios and vouchers submitted by the Night Auditors.
