WAITRESS

Attend to all customer needs

Greet customers, present menus, and explain daily specials to customers

Take food and beverage orders from customers

Relay food and beverage orders to the kitchen staff

Carry trays of food or drinks from the kitchen to the dining tables

Take payments from customers

Cashier

Receive payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits.

Issue receipts, credits, or changes due to customers.

Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.

Establish or identify prices of goods, services or admission, and tabulate bills using calculators, cash registers, or optical price scanners.

PANTRY

Checks supplies in pantry areas and restocks items to ensure a sufficient supply throughout the shift.

Must be able to assist in product inventory and ordering.

Maintain pantry areas in clean and orderly manner.

Attention to details and fast-efficient service is required.

QUALIFICATION:

Hotel & Restaurant Management Graduate or any related course.

Proven work experience as WAITRESS or CASHIER or Kitchen in RESTAURANT at least 2 years

Active listening and effective communication skills

Willing to be assign in all our branches (PODIUM MANDALUYONG, SHANGRI-LA PLAZA SHAW MANDALUYONG, SM AURA TAGUIG, ROCKWELL MAKATI, ROBINSON PLACE MANILA, ALABANG TOWN CENTER, FESTIVAL MALL ALABANG)
