About the role

As a Customer Service Representative with Top1Movers Worldwide Inc.', you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients through virtual channels. This full-time, office-based position is located in Cebu City, Cebu, and offers a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing organisation in the Call Centre & Customer Service industry.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to incoming customer inquiries and requests through various virtual channels, including phone, email, and chat
  2. Provide accurate and timely information to customers, resolving their issues efficiently and effectively
  3. Maintain a positive and professional demeanour while delivering outstanding customer service
  4. Provide feedback and recommendations to improve customer experience and processes
  5. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously develop your skills
  6. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
