Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 3–4 years' experience in a call center environment, with at least 3 years in an assistant manager/managerial role overseeing a team of 50 or more, supported by proven performance results.
- Willingness to work in a start-up environment, with proficiency in using digital systems and tools for team management.
Required Knowledge and Skills
- Proven experience in both inbound and outbound sales operations.
- Ability to adapt and apply dynamic sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Possesses an entrepreneurial mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Skilled in training and coaching sales teams, with expertise in sales closing techniques and objection handling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Major Accountabilities
- Develop and implement sales procedures and policies to ensure the achievement of team and company targets.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive team performance toward organizational goals.
- Design effective call scripts, sales campaigns, and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Analyze sales data to optimize processes, ensure proper resource allocation, and enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct random call monitoring to assess quality, identify improvement areas, and track operational performance.
- Ensure all communications, reports, and customer data are accurately updated, recorded, and maintained.
- Evaluate team performance, identify training and coaching needs, and plan targeted coaching sessions.
- Manage and resolve complex customer inquiries and escalations effectively.
- Provide guidance and support to subordinates in resolving challenging issues and making informed decisions.
- Recommend personnel actions such as hiring, promotions, demotions, leaves, and separations.
- Evaluate staff performance based on KPIs annually and develop updated KPIs for the following year.
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports and performance summaries.
- Motivate, develop, and retain staff to maintain high engagement and productivity levels.
