we are looking for transfer picker who are responsible for accurately collecting and moving specific items (transferred merchandise) from storage locations, such as shelves or racks, to be prepared for internal movement, re-stocking, or shipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Picking and Moving: Locating and retrieving specific products from designated warehouse areas like shelves or racks.
  • Accuracy and Quality Control: Ensuring correct items and quantities are picked, checking for damage, and verifying against order sheets.
  • Inventory Management: Tracking inventory levels and reporting any discrepancies or low stock to supervisors.
  • Equipment Operation: Safely operating equipment such as hand-trucks, pallet jacks, and sometimes forklifts to move merchandise.
  • Documentation and Data Entry: Reading and entering information from order sheets, pick tickets, or using a tablet/phone with inventory management software.
  • Packaging and Staging: Preparing picked items for internal transfer or dispatch by labeling, sealing, and organizing them correctly.
  • Keeping the work area clean, organized, and safe according to health and safety regulations.

-must be well grooming in hair, berad (balbas), nails.

-Willing to deployment in Carmelray, Canlubang Laguna.
