We are hiring Delivery Drivers who will be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of goods to various locations. This role requires ensuring the proper handling of deliveries, maintaining vehicle conditions, and adhering to traffic and company regulations. The driver must also uphold integrity, diligence, and reliability in all aspects of the job, reflecting biblical values of stewardship and responsibility.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Safe and Efficient Deliveries

Transport goods to assigned destinations safely and on time.

Verify delivery documents and ensure accurate order fulfillment.

Follow company and client delivery instructions diligently.

Experiences:

Vehicle Maintenance

Perform routine vehicle inspections before and after trips.

Report any mechanical issues and schedule maintenance as needed.

Keep the vehicle clean and in good running condition.

Compliance and Safety

Adhere to all traffic laws and road safety regulations.

Follow company protocols to ensure goods are delivered without damage.

Secure all cargo properly to prevent losses and accidents.

Customer Service

Communicate professionally with clients and warehouse personnel.

Obtain proof of delivery (POD) and ensure proper documentation.

Address customer inquiries courteously and escalate concerns if necessary.

Integrity and Work Ethics

Handle all transactions honestly and responsibly.

Follow company policies on timekeeping and attendance.

Exhibit discipline and respect in the workplace.

QUALIFICATIONS

Valid Driver's License (Restriction 1,2 or 3)

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a delivery driver.

Familiarity with Metro Manila and nearby provinces routes.

Experience in handling logistics, loading, and unloading of goods.

Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.

Previous experience in customer service is a plus.

Good navigation and map-reading skills (Waze, Google Maps, etc.).

Strong communication skills for coordination with dispatch and customers.

Ability to lift and carry heavy loads when necessary.

Knowledge of basic vehicle troubleshooting for emergency situations.
