Job Description:

  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. Test and Process Engineers, production supervisors, supply chain supervisors) to identify system requirements
  • Provide analysis on abnormality and customer complaints
  • Monitor Quality performance
  • Provides/recommends product and process disposition
  • Reviewing specifications to compare to produced goods.
  • Proposing improvements to the production process.
  • Recording inspections results by completing reports, summarizing re-works and wastes, and inputting data into a quality database.
  • Establishing quality standards for products a company produces
  • Recommending any necessary adjustments and changes to production processes
  • Recommending strategies to improve product quality
  • Performing inspections at random to assess product quality.
  • Follows safe working practices and demonstrate positive safety behaviors and attitude.
  • Participates in the implementation of company efficiency and productivity programs such as Quality Control Circle (QCC), Kaizen Energy Conservation, Safety, 5S, and other cost-cutting activities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering course.

With 2 year relevant experience as QA Engineer

Proficient with MS Office Excel

Has working knowledge on 8D, QC Tools, SPC, PFMEA, Control Plan

Good command of written & spoken English

Proactive, Responsible, Good team player, Strong interpersonal communication
