QA Inspector

JOB OBJECTIVE:

Responsible for assisting the Quality Assurance Supervisor in the implementation of quality systems compliance to food safety, Good Manufacturing Practices, Standard Sanitation Operating Procedures and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point systems of all products being produced. This includes verification of all quality parameters of products being produced and its standard processes. Closely coordinates with production line leaders in monitoring and ensuring conformance to quality standards.

General Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for Food Safety Monitoring and documentation

a) Conducts validation of personnel hygiene compliance to GMP standards

b) Conducts validation cleanliness and orderliness of production working areas in compliance to Good Manufacturing Practices standards

c) Conducts validation of production process and Critical Control Points in ensuring conformity with approved processes and standards.

d) Records all non -compliance and deviations inside processing areas

e) Closely coordinate with production line leaders and supervisors all arrested non-compliance and deviations to come up root cause analysis, immediate action and preventive action plan to prevent recurrence

f) Conducts daily validation of temperature of processing rooms, chiller and staging freezer

g) Conducts daily calibration of monitoring equipment

h) Accomplishes process monitoring records related to Food Safety and Quality Management Systems

i) Conduct appropriate internal sensory evaluation to test acceptability and conformity of the product

1. Provides Technical Support to Production and related Departments

a) Conducts testing of physico-chemical analysis to other client's requirement

b) Submit and create Retain samples

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

· Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related course

· At least six (6) months related experience in food industry, preferred

· Fresh graduate will also be considered

· Must be proactive and result oriented

· Good Communication skills

· Knowledgeable in basic computer applications

Pay: From Php695.00 per day
