  • Conduct quality assurance and quality control assessments of products, processes, and systems.
  • Ensure compliance with both company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement QA/QC procedures, guidelines, and reports.
  • Monitor the production process and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct testing, inspections, and audits on electrical systems, components, and equipment.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve any quality issues related to electrical designs and installations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure adherence to quality specifications.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including test reports, inspection records, and non-conformance reports.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product and process quality.
  • Provide support in training and mentoring junior team members as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field).
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in QA/QC
  • Strong knowledge of QA/QC methodologies, inspection techniques, and testing protocols.
  • Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Good understanding of electrical systems, components, and their applications.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and QA/QC software tools.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php21, Php25,000.00 per month
