CALL CENTER TRAINER (ON-SITE)

Job Description

  • Conduct effective training sessions for both new hires and experienced employees.
  • Partner with managers and leaders to ensure training supports company objectives.
  • Identify skill gaps and implement development plans to enhance employee performance.
  • Review training materials and create action plans for improvement.
  • Provide regular coaching and feedback to maintain quality standards.
  • Track and document trainee progress through detailed training records and reports.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in conducting training or leading teams across any industry
  • Background in teaching or academic instruction
  • BPO industry experience is considered an advantage
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English
  • Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills
  • Excellent leadership, team-building, organizational, and management abilities
  • Capable of multitasking, prioritizing, and managing time effectively
  • Skilled in problem analysis and developing strategic solutions
  • Knowledgeable in instructional technologies and best practices for teaching platforms
  • Committed to upholding the company's values, mission, and objectives
  • Quick learner and highly adaptable with technology
  • Proficient in word processing and spreadsheet tools (e.g., Google Workspace, MS Office)
  • Experienced in utilizing Zoom and its various features
  • Resides within approximately 30 minutes of the office (P. Burgos, Batangas City) with access to nighttime transportation
