Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Technical Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent for a range of IT, tech, and engineering roles. You will play a pivotal role in building a strong and skilled workforce, ensuring the company attracts the best candidates to meet our technical hiring needs.

This position offers a competitive salary between 35K-40K depending on experience, with opportunities for career growth and professional development in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs for IT, tech, and engineering roles, from junior to senior-level positions.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of technical positions, including software engineers, IT support specialists, network administrators, data analysts, and more.
  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies, utilizing job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to attract top talent.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates, proactively engaging with potential candidates and managing relationships for future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process, including candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
  • Conduct technical interviews, assessing candidates' qualifications and technical skills, and provide feedback to hiring managers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to improve recruitment processes and attract high-quality talent.
  • Manage candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring clear communication and a positive experience for all applicants.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in technical recruitment or IT/Tech-related hiring.
  • Familiarity with sourcing and recruiting for IT, software engineering, network administration, and other technical roles.
  • Strong knowledge of the tech and engineering industry, including current trends, in-demand skill sets, and emerging technologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment platforms, job boards (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed), and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Ability to conduct technical interviews or work closely with hiring managers to assess technical skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure to meet hiring goals and deadlines.
  • A positive, results-driven attitude with a focus on candidate experience and hiring manager satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, IT, or related field.
  • Familiarity with IT/engineering certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, AWS) is a plus.
  • Previous experience recruiting for high-growth startups or technology companies is an advantage.
