Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Office Management, or any relevant degree
  • At least 3 years of experience as Real-Time Analyst, Workforce Analyst, or any relevant role
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office 365 Applications (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, etc)
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working both individually and as part of a team
  • Self-starter and willing to take initiative
  • Must be willing to work in a hybrid arrangement and in a night shift schedule

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing operational activities across the service line.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Support the implementation of process improvements and standard operating procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
  • Maintain documentation and records related to operational workflows.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for projects and initiatives.
  • Participate in meetings and contribute to strategic planning discussions.
  • Special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php40,000.00 per month
