Job Description:

  • Responsible for ensuring on-time and accurate Invoice Billing (Statement of Account)
  • Responsible for ensuring timely collection of account receivable balances and identify cause of delinquency.
  • Review and monitor assigned accounts.
  • Performs other related function inherent in team operation.

Qualifications:

  • Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's College Degree in Business Administration / Accounting / Marketing and equivalent.
  • At least 1 to 2 years working experience in the related field.
  • Must be dependable and have a strong work ethics, highly motivated and able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Good in verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge in MS office applications ( Excel, Word and Power Point ).
  • Good analytical skills; customer oriented.
  • To be assigned in Maginhawa St. Quezon City.
