About the Role

As a Tech Recruiter, you will manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles while working across multiple industries and international markets. You will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent for clients primarily in the US Market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, including Software Developers and Software Engineers
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing channels
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and to understand role requirements and business needs
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, and support offer processes
  • Deliver a positive, transparent, and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience recruiting for technical roles
  • Proven experience hiring software developers and engineers
  • Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles in a remote setting
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
