IT Recruiter / Technical Sourcer
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive IT Recruiter / Technical Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this remote role, you will be responsible for building strong pipelines of technology professionals, sourcing passive talent, and supporting the full recruitment lifecycle for IT and engineering roles. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand technical needs and deliver high-quality candidates efficiently.
Key ResponsibilitiesSourcing & Pipeline Development
- Identify and engage top IT talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other sourcing platforms.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for roles in software development, infrastructure, IT support, cloud, DevOps, cybersecurity, and data.
- Use market research and competitive intelligence to target the right talent pools.
Screening & Evaluation
- Conduct initial screenings to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Use structured interview techniques and basic technical assessments to qualify candidates.
- Present shortlisted candidates to recruiters or hiring managers with detailed summaries.
Recruitment Coordination
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and feedback sessions.
- Maintain and update candidate information in the ATS.
Stakeholder Support
- Provide regular updates on pipeline health, sourcing progress, and market insights.
- Advise teams on talent availability, competitive salary trends, and hiring challenges.
Candidate Experience
- Ensure timely communication and a positive experience for all candidates.
- Represent the company professionally and promote employer brand.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience as an IT Recruiter, Technical Sourcer, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of IT and engineering roles (e.g., Software Developer, Network Engineer, IT Support, Cloud Engineer, QA, DevOps).
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (Boolean strings, X-ray search, social recruiting).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple requisitions and meet hiring deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience sourcing talent in high-growth tech companies or recruitment agencies.
- Knowledge of basic technical concepts (e.g., programming languages, cloud technologies, databases).
- Experience using recruitment automation tools or Chrome extensions (Hiretual, AmazingHiring, Gem, etc.).
- Data-driven mindset with experience using sourcing metrics.

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
