Key Responsibilities
Lead the Recruitment Process
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment cycle for caregiver roles, from job posting to onboarding.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top caregiving talent.
Candidate Engagement
- Act as the primary point of contact for prospective caregivers.
- Provide guidance and support throughout the hiring process, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
- Build strong relationships with applicants to enhance engagement and retention.
Talent Sourcing & Assessment
- Utilize multiple sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, referrals, and community outreach.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills, cultural fit, and caregiving qualifications.
Collaboration with Hiring Teams
- Partner with hiring managers and training teams to ensure an effective onboarding process.
- Provide feedback and recommendations on caregiver selection.
Record-Keeping & Compliance
- Maintain detailed records of candidate interactions, recruitment activities, and compliance documentation.
- Ensure all recruitment processes adhere to company policies and legal regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 1 year experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources (preferred but not required).
- Experience in hiring U.S.-based healthcare personnel — including CNAs, Nurses, Caregivers, and other allied health professionals — is a plus.
- Healthcare experience or caregiver recruitment is a plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to connect with diverse candidates and establish trust.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to craft compelling content and convey information effectively.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems (preferred but not required).
Technical & Work Setup:
- High-speed internet connection (at least Mbps).
- PC/Laptop: Minimum 8GB RAM, i5 processor or equivalent.
- Noise-canceling headset (preferred).
- Quiet & professional home office setup.
Work Schedule & Benefits
- Location: Remote (Philippines-based applicants only).
