About the role
CPI Management Services is seeking an exceptional Customer Service Representative to join our call centre team in Angeles City, Pampanga. This is a full-time, non-voice position focused on providing high-quality customer support and service. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for handling written customer inquiries and communications, ensuring timely resolutions and a positive customer experience.
What you'll be doing
- Respond to customer emails, live chats, and written inquiries in a professional and empathetic manner
- Accurately gather customer information and details to understand and address their needs
- Research and provide clear, concise, and helpful solutions to customer issues
- Escalate complex cases to the appropriate team or supervisor when necessary
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up actions
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards
What we're looking for
- Excellent written communication and grammar skills in English
- Strong customer service orientation with a genuine desire to help others
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proven problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve customer issues
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role
- Familiarity with the customer service processes and procedures in the call centre industry
