About the role

CPI Management Services is seeking an exceptional Customer Service Representative to join our call centre team in Angeles City, Pampanga. This is a full-time, non-voice position focused on providing high-quality customer support and service. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for handling written customer inquiries and communications, ensuring timely resolutions and a positive customer experience.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to customer emails, live chats, and written inquiries in a professional and empathetic manner
  2. Accurately gather customer information and details to understand and address their needs
  3. Research and provide clear, concise, and helpful solutions to customer issues
  4. Escalate complex cases to the appropriate team or supervisor when necessary
  5. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up actions
  6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
  7. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent written communication and grammar skills in English
  2. Strong customer service orientation with a genuine desire to help others
  3. Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  4. Proven problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve customer issues
  5. Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
  6. Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role
  7. Familiarity with the customer service processes and procedures in the call centre industry
