About the role

Top Alliance is seeking a talented and passionate Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team in our Cebu City office. This is a full-time, non-voice customer service role, focusing on providing exceptional support to our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

  • Responding to customer inquiries and requests via email, chat and other digital channels
  • Resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Providing product information and recommendations to assist customers
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Continuously improving customer service processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  • Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Proficient in using customer service software and computer applications
  • Experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in the non-voice sector
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing needs
