QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Strong research expertise with the ability to independently design and execute research plans
  • Proficient in both qualitative and quantitative analysis; experience with tools such as SPSS, Excel, R, and basic Python (SQL is a plus)
  • Skilled in synthesizing complex data into clear, actionable product insights
  • Experience creating user personas, journey maps, task analyses, and scenario models
  • Excellent project management skills; capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficient in reading English research literature
  • Empathetic, curious, results-driven, and passionate about understanding user behavior and product experiences
  • AT LEAST 2 yrs of related work experience

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Plan and conduct user research using different methods like interviews, surveys, usability tests, and data analysis
  • Understand what users need, what challenges they face, and how they use the product
  • Turn research findings into useful outputs such as reports, user personas, journey maps, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Work closely with product, design, data, and operations teams to help improve product features and decisions
  • Organize and manage the research process, tools, and templates for future use
  • Support A/B testing and experiments to see how design changes affect user behavior
  • Make sure all research follows ethical standards and respects data privacy laws

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to Php40,000.00 per month
