Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Market Research Analyst to support our iGaming business through data-driven insights, competitive analysis, and market intelligence. This role is responsible for gathering and interpreting data related to player behavior, industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities to help guide strategic decisions across marketing, product, and business development.

Key Responsibilities:1. Market & Industry Research

  • Conduct in-depth research on iGaming trends, including casino, sportsbook, esports betting, and emerging gaming categories.
  • Analyze market movements, regulatory updates, and competitor activities across local and international markets.
  • Prepare regular market reports and insights for senior management.

2. Competitor Intelligence

  • Track competitor offerings, promotions, user experience, and product features.
  • Benchmark platform performance against key competitors to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
  • Build and maintain a competitor database updated with the latest product releases and campaigns.

3. Player Behavior & Data Insights

  • Analyze player segmentation, behavior patterns, engagement levels, and lifecycle metrics.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities for acquisition, retention, and reactivation initiatives.
  • Support CRM, product, and marketing teams with behavior-driven insights.

4. Data Gathering & Analysis

  • Compile, clean, and evaluate large data sets from various sources (internal dashboards, CRM tools, Google Analytics, BI tools, etc.).
  • Use statistical methods to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Assist in designing and executing surveys, polls, and user feedback mechanisms.

5. Reporting & Presentation

  • Prepare comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations for key stakeholders.
  • Present findings clearly to cross-functional teams to support decision-making.
  • Translate complex data into understandable insights for non-technical audiences.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the marketing, product, CRM, operations, and business development teams.
  • Provide research support for new product launches, market entry strategies, and promotional planning.
  • Support strategy teams with feasibility studies and risk assessments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in market research, data analysis, or business intelligence (iGaming or digital industries preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data collection, interpretation, and presentation.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, SQL (plus), Tableau/Power BI, Google Analytics, or similar.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with large datasets.

Preferred Experience (Advantage):

  • Familiarity with online casino, sportsbook, or iGaming ecosystems.
  • Experience with player segmentation, user funnel analysis, or retention metrics.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing, forecasting, or predictive analysis.
  • Exposure to competitive intelligence platforms or gaming industry research tools.
