Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for building, expanding, and maintaining good relationships with high-value users.
  • Coordinate and promote the resolution of high-value users' problems.
  • Understand users' needs, analyze related data, and periodically issue relevant research reports.
  • Collect feedback to continuously improve the service operation process.
  • Set up and optimize the high-value customer operating system, enhancing users' trust and satisfaction with the service system.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Fluent in English.
  • According to demand, may be necessary to take different shift.
  • Experience as a manager for competing apps is a plus.
  • Passion for the internet field and the ability to quickly adapt to the live streaming industry.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage incidents effectively, and provide timely and reasonable solutions.

Work Arrangement:

This role requires working from the office five days a week.
