DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handling and managing clients' accounts.
  • Identifying new sales opportunities to secure deals.
  • Building healthy relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Attending the meeting with clients and understanding their needs.
  • Explaining products to the prospective customers.
  • Providing excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
  • Setting timeline and budget constraints.
  • Monitoring and analyzing sales performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Offering after-sales support to the clients.
  • Resolving customer's complaints and issues in a professional manner.
  • Creating sales reports and presenting them to the higher management.
  • Providing feedback to the sales department to improve the processes.
  • Working in collaboration with the account executives.
  • Closing the leads generated by the Sales department.
  • Staying updated with the marketing trends in the industry.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field or college undergraduate.
  • Working experience as a sales account executive, or a similar role in the sales industry.
  • Sound experience in customer and sales will be advantageous.
  • Ability to communicate with clients efficiently.
  • Extensive understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools.
  • Ability to solve problems promptly.
  • Good negotiation and analytical skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
  • A sharp eye for details for accuracy.
