  • Performance Monitoring: Track account performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
  • Issue Resolution: Address client concerns promptly and effectively to maintain trust and loyalty.
  • Compliance: Ensure all transactions and processes adhere to company policies and government regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in account management, preferably in construction, logistics, or heavy equipment industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • Proficient in MS Office
