About the Role

We are looking for someone who will drive revenue growth by leading the sales strategy, managing sales and distributor management, and expanding distribution channels for premium beauty products. Build and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve targets and enhance brand presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue goals.

· Manage key accounts (retailers, e-commerce, distributors) and foster partnerships.

· Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights.

· Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to exceed targets.

· Collaborate with marketing to align sales efforts with brand campaigns.

· Monitor KPIs, budgets, and sales performance metrics.

Qualifications

· 5+ years in sales leadership, preferably in beauty/cosmetics.

· Proven track record in driving revenue growth and market expansion.

· Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

· Passion for beauty trends and customer preferences.
