Position: PRODUCT MERCHANDISER

Responsibilities and duties:

  • Inventory management: Monitor stock levels, coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery, and ensure correct quantities of products are available in stores or online.
  • Sales and promotion: Plan and execute product displays and promotions to attract customers and drive sales. This includes creating attractive store layouts and setting up special displays.
  • Collaboration: Work with buying, marketing, and store teams to align on product selection, promotions, and visual standards.
  • Store execution: Conduct store visits to check product placement, presentation, and inventory levels, and sometimes train staff on proper display and stock rotation.
  • Reporting: Generate reports on sales performance, inventory turnover, and other key metrics for decision-making.
