The Role

As a Delivery Manager at Stratpoint, you will oversee the successful delivery of projects and services across various domains. Your responsibilities will vary based on career level and involve project management, stakeholder engagement, team leadership, and adherence to PMI's Project Performance Domains and Principles. You will adapt to different roles and methodologies, ensuring alignment with client expectations and organizational goals.

Your Responsibilities:

• Engage and manage stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project goals and delivering high levels of communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead, motivate, and support cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. Foster collaboration, manage resources effectively and ensure high team morale and engagement.
• Adapt and apply the most appropriate development approach (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) based on project needs. Ensure flexibility in shifting between methodologies as needed.
• Establish clear project goals, deliverables, schedules, budgets, and milestones. Ensure all elements are aligned with client expectations and team capacity.
• Drive the day-to-day execution of projects, ensuring that tasks are completed as planned. Maintain a high standard of quality while managing resources and timelines.
• Ensure that deliverables are provided on time, within scope, and meet quality expectations. Engage clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor project progress against key metrics. Ensure accurate reporting of project status, budget, and risks. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments.
• Identify potential risks early, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address uncertainties throughout the project lifecycle.
• Gather insights on client needs and identify areas where additional services could provide value and support account growth.

About You

You are/have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
• Master's Degree or MBA is an advantage but not required
• 5-8 years of experience managing projects in IT, software development, or related fields.
• Proven track record in delivering medium to large-scale projects
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Professional Scrum Master (PSM I), or other Agile and PM certifications are a plus.
• Willing to travel/work on-site

Nice to Have:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or ITIL certification.
• Has experience working on SAP-related or other third-party ERPs (JDA, Netsuite) projects.
• Has experience working on AWS, Flutterflow, AODocs related platform
• Has experience working with both agile and waterfall methodologies
• Experience working on Smart city solutions and Urban planning.
