  • Collaborate with sales and commercial teams from project inception to develop clear, on-brand proposal templates and materials.
  • Manage the end-to-end proposal process, ensuring timely, high-quality submissions.
  • Design and format client-facing presentations, proposals, and marketing collateral using Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
  • Simplify complex content into visually engaging, easy-to-understand layouts aligned with brand standards.
  • Maintain business document templates and centralized content repositories.
  • Support go-to-market campaigns and ensure alignment with corporate branding and strategy.
  • Lead the annual NPS survey process and analyse results to support marketing improvements.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 3+ years AU/US experience in marketing, sales enablement, proposal writing, or related roles mandatory.
  • Strong graphic design skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Canva mandatory.
  • Skilled in MS Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Word (template creation and formatting) mandatory.
  • Ability to simplify complex or technical information into engaging, on-brand visual content.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and content management platforms is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Understanding of sales processes, proposal development, and marketing strategies.
