Job Function:

  • Manage the Project Governance
  • Initiate actions to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformities relating to the product, process, and quality system in related function.
  • Ensure that the implementation work is carried out in accordance.
  • Perform and take responsibilities for other related duties as assigned by managers.
  • Material Planning
  • Plan and forecast material ordering based on implementation plan.
  • Interface with customer, subcontractors and site owner to steer the project towards its goals, while at the same time keeping full control of time, cost, characteristics and deliverables.
  • Prepare the detailed plan for the work of the near future and identify dependencies between the activities or implementation process.
  • Prepare the progress report to inform about the current status and the future prospects of the project.
  • Initiate work orders and follow up project status.
  • Secure the minutes of customer meetings are documented for future reference.
  • Handle all project documents.
  • Monitor and analyze project finance incl. WBS, budget, revenue, etc.
  • Analyze contract terms and structure.
  • Statement of compliance of services part in RFQ/RFP
  • Must have an experience using Primavera

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): Primavera.
  • At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php55, Php90,000.00 per month
