Job Summary

At Nono's, we believe in serving comfort food and heartfelt hospitality. As a Restaurant Manager, you'll lead daily operations to deliver excellent guest experiences, efficient service, and a positive, people-first culture.

This role is ideal for an experienced supervisor ready to step up and take full ownership of store leadership, team performance, and operational success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
  • Supervise and motivate team members to uphold Nono's service and quality standards.
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and team development to support operational needs.
  • Monitor sales, inventory, and cost control to meet financial goals.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations.
  • Address customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Support marketing and community engagement activities in alignment with brand initiatives.
  • Train, coach, and mentor staff to create a high-performing and values-driven team.
  • Foster a warm, welcoming atmosphere that reflects the heart of Nono's.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the food and beverage or hospitality industry, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or assistant manager role.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Experience managing operations, budgets, and inventory.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead by example.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
