Industrial Engineer/ Restaurant Systems Manager

The Restaurant Systems Manager is responsible for the development, testing, and on-time delivery of new product procedures, product improvements, operations simplification initiatives, and equipment enhancements. This person will be directly involved with operations-specific project management, dealing directly with restaurant systems, inventory management, labor, and facilities, amongst other items. This position will also be responsible for developing restaurant solutions to help drive business forward and increase profitability.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Improve restaurant operations and profitability through equipment, operations, and process development, standardization, and implementation
  • Continuously deliver innovation in equipment, procedures and system that will make positive contributions to restaurant profitability and to improve the company's opportunity to increase restaurant growth
  • Documents restaurant systems requirements, and communicates these requirements to the concerned team for the design and implementation of systems and system-related solutions.
  • Creates project plans as necessary, and manages the project from initiation to completion.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR:

  • Graduate of 4-year course, preferably in BS Industrial Engineering or any relevant course.
  • Certified Industrial Engineer
  • At least three years' experience assessing systems and processes in a food industry and collaborating with project teams to create innovative business solutions.
