The Role

This is a unique opportunity to launch your career at the intersection of SEO and artificial intelligence. As an Assistant SEO & AI Specialist, you will work closely with our senior team members to implement and optimize SEO strategies for our clients. You will gain hands-on experience by exploring and utilizing AI tools to assist with content creation, improve rankings, and streamline our processes. You will contribute to both technical SEO and content-focused initiatives while learning from industry experts.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with Client SEO Campaigns: Support the team in managing SEO clients, contributing to keyword research, SEO audits, and competitor analysis.
  • Conduct On-Page Optimizations: Help with on-site optimization tasks and make month-to-month changes to improve SEO rankings for clients.
  • Contribute to Content Strategy: Use AI tools for content ideation, drafting, and optimization, ensuring all content aligns with client brand voices and SEO best practices.
  • Assist with Technical SEO Tasks: Learn to use tools for website performance analysis, including working with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and WordPress CMS.
  • Support AI Implementation: Participate in team discussions about AI strategies and help to test and implement new AI-powered SEO tools for tasks like rank tracking and site audits.
  • Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and SEO to contribute new ideas and insights to the team.
  • Data Analysis: Assist in generating SEO reports and use tools like Looker Studio to visualize data and highlight key insights for clients.
Skills & Qualifications
  • A strong passion for SEO and a foundational understanding of its core principles.
  • Familiarity with WordPress CMS and plugins like Yoast SEO.
  • Experience or a strong willingness to learn Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Knowledge of SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Ubersuggest is a plus.
  • Strong written communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • The ability to work autonomously, manage your time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
  • Any experience with AI writing tools is a bonus, but not required.
