IT PROJECT MANAGER - HYBRID/ once a month onsite

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage projects, ensuring that they are on time, and follow the required specifications.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and estimates.
  • Capture specifications for project requirements, and features. Write clear, detailed and complete stories.
  • Ensure that estimates are optimal and feasible.
  • Prioritize tasks based on urgency and availability of resources.
  • Mentor others for project management best practices.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders effectively.
  • Continuously review processes for improvement, and implement changes as necessary.
  • Actively participate in the organization's various enrichment activities that promote the organization's core values.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree, ideally in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
  • Minimum of4 years as a project manager or in a similar role.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Scrum or other agile frameworks.
  • JIRA or similar project management tools.
  • Skilled in requirements gathering and story writing.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Solid understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
  • Strong time management and ability to handle multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Certifications (Preferred ):

  • Project Management certification.
  • Scrum certification.
